YES. Our membership’s benefits can COLLECT points at our website and points to cash ONLY REDEEMABLE at our branches 🙂

Can I still place an order if the item is out of stock?

Yes. You may contact our customer service at 06-799 8759 for back order.

Are all products available online?

No. There’re about 100,000 products in the total VRStar product range. We’ve selected only our bestseller and new arrivals products to be available online at the moment.

Do I need to register an account to make a purchase?

You can make ourchases by selecting ‘Guest Checkout’ instead of using a VRStar account. However, we have designed out website to give registered customers a faster, simpler check out process by remembering their details, as well as a bunch of other features such as full order history and order tracking, address book.

How will I know if my payment has been successful?
